  2. For exchanges, we will provide a return shipping label to you via email. Attach the return shipping label to your package and ship the product back to us along with a copy of your original receipt. These return shipping labels are only valid for 30 days.
  3. For refunds, you may return the product to us along with the original receipt for a full refund. We provide a return shipping label via email that is viable for 30 days. If you do not have the receipt, we will be happy to ship a replacement product.

Step 2: Banixx will issue a pre-paid return shipping label to you via email.  Box your product,
including the original receipt, adhere the shipping label, and return to Banixx.  All products
must be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipping label or it will be voided.

Step 3: Sit back and relax while Banixx takes care of everything else.  Once your package is received, we will issue a refund or ship the replacement product.
